Good morning. Tis really gray outside. My phone app says we're to have rain most of the morning, and I'm thinking it might be right. It also says that the sun should be coming out this afternoon. I hope it's right about that too.
This morning I'm watching the Create channel on TV. Jerry Yarnell is coming on now to share his tips for painting with acrylics. Today he's working on a snow covered farm scene. I'm not a painter but I do enjoy watching these shows.
Yesterday was a creative day for me. I finally finished the navy afghan. Yeaaaaaaaa! Later today, I want to wrap and box the afghan and the purple poncho. First, I'll take some photos to share. I also ordered a couple new books, and now I just have to wait for them to get here. One has to do with my ancestry (sort of) and the other was written by a couple women and sounded very interesting to me.
Deanne and Eddie came by for a visit and they brought me a dish of lasagna for my supper. Oh my, yum, yum! You know me and pasta! I love it! Before they got here, I had mentioned to Pogo that they were coming. This is him watching for them to arrive.
I just put some mail outside for the mailman to pick up and I noticed a handful of raindrops on my car's windshield. I guess it rained. It's still quite gray outside though, so maybe there's more rain coming. We'll just have to wait an see.
Now I want to do a bit of blog reading before getting started on this new day. So, till tomorrow, Y'all stay safe and have a fantabulous day.

I too like to watch creative shows with painting or sewing or those kind of things, although lots of them I don;t do. One day I saw a guy who draw a picture of someone and it just looked like a photo! Amazing.
Will send you a mail with a link from a Russian artist, he's really very good!
Oh, you had lasagna. I love that. Tomorrow I will make canelloni, yummie!

The lasagna sounds so good! We need to make a big pan and freeze some of it for later. It's cloudy here with a chance of sprinkles...but I have plenty to do inside! Enjoy your day! Maybe we'll both get creative!

Oh goodness Diamond and Silk! Those ladies love our president. Thanks for always stopping by Sure love listening to your stories. I love pasta too and those doctors, cut them out pasta, sugar, bread. UGH! I move constantly so I wish I would drop a few more lbs. Oh well, I can not force it. I stopped by Walmart to pick up an order for on line grocery shopping. It was fun! Two other cars ahead of them and the little gal was so quick. SHe was also very kind and I was too. Makes a day better to smile. Even with masks on! HUGS and LOVE
