HAPPY BIRTHDAY AUDREY

December 2, 2021

Good morning.  Yesterday was daughter Audrey's  birthday.  Unfortunately, the gift that I had ordered and had shipped directly to her never arrived.  Bummer!  I never had trouble with Etsy before, so I did not expect any now.  Today's project will be to try to hunt down the missing package.  Aside from that, Audrey I love you and I wish you many more happy, healthy birthdays filled with love and happiness.

Have you ever seen a blue orchid?  I have not and they are beautiful.  Audrey received one yesterday, and sent me this photo to share.  Gorgeous!

Guess what?  Remember a while ago how I got a piece of mail returned to me as undeliverable?  Well, I put it in a new envelope (the whole thing) and remailed it.  Yesterday it came back to me a second time.  I've sent  a photo of the envelope to the intended recipient (email) to see if maybe she can tell me what I am doing wrong.

To answer your question Steve, no I did not dress like the lady in the picture when I did my laundry.  However, at one time, I did try to copy the beautiful women in the TV ads and do my housework while I was all dressed up and enjoying a cocktail.  Sad to say, the Southern Comfort got to me, and the housework did not do itself.  Lesson learned.

Yesterday was quiet here.  I did put a few more rows on the pink afghan, and I found a new ad for a new antidepressant.  I'd sure like to get me some.

Today I have a few blogs to get caught up with, and that's where I'm heading now.  So, till tomorrow, Y'all stay safe and have a fantabulous day.

Hugs, Edna B.

Happy belated birthday to Audrey.
What a strange thing with that envelope that returned the second time. I wonder what you did wrong. perhaps nothing and the ost is acting cray.
I hope you soon will be able to have your anti depressant. One doggie or cat surely would be happy to be with you.
Have a lovely day, stay warm and safe
Hug

Ha! That's funny! I imagine cocktails and housework are indeed not a great mix! People talk about how the '50s were such an optimistic decade, but maybe that's because so many people were buzzed?

I hope you get this letter problem solved. Very mysterious!
