Huggie Pups

March 10, 2022

Good morning.  Tis sunny and 36F degrees.  Today will actually be quite warm (50F degrees).  Awesome!  It snowed yesterday and these warm temps will melt away all the snow.

I found an ad for a new item online.  Huggie Pups.  What a great idea!  Toys for our pets.  Dogs especially seem to like stuffed animals.  Be honest.  Wouldn't your pet love a Huggie Pup?

I meant to post yesterday (Wednesday).  But, I thought it was Tuesday all day.  Alas, I was wrong.  Every now and then I seem to lose a day.  Does this happen to you too?

I found this super chart of healing foods that we all have in our kitchen cabinets.  I find it amazing that so many of us have all these items, yet not many of us know what we really have.  These are foods that we should look up and learn a bit about.  One never knows when we'll need them as medicines.

The mailman has just left so I think I'll go out and get the mail.  Then I should have some breakfast.  So, till tomorrow, Y'all stay safe and have a fantabulous day.

Hugs, Edna B.

they look sweet those dog companions.
Oh Last week i lost track of a day, I thought it to be Friday, but it only was Thursday, LOL. So yes, it happenes to me too.
Those herbs have some strong abilities against health problems. Oh well, long ago a lot of people used those and a lot more to heal, not always succesful, but it certainly can help.
e had a nice day here too, pity there was a bit too much wind, tht made it feel somewhat colder, but still sunahine allover and that makes a human being already feel better.
Now I have to o to the kitchen to finish our dinner.
Have a lovely day, stay safe
Hugs

Good morning, Miss Edna.
Remember the book "Herb Magic" that I bought a few months ago? It lists everyone of the herbs and their health properties that were shown on your list that you posted and more. I have been using it often and I love the book.
Also the online book that you gifted to me is filled with so many great facts and teaching that is so useful and I also use it regularly. Thank you so much once again for that gift.

I love the Huggie Pups. How sweet that is. I would love to get one for Foxy but she is not really into toys, even stuffed pets. Jonathan usually tries to get her little treats and toys, but they just collect dust so he will try to entice her with food treats but she isn't interested.
She has a little ball that she will sometimes play with, but mostly she ignores any attempt to play.
There is one thing that she does love to play with and it is free, lol. It is a ice cube. She will play with it, batting it around the kitchen until it has almost melted. Isn't that a awesome little toy for her?
I told Karyn the other day we should get her a pig ear because she does love those but Karyn pointed out that her mouth wouldn't be able to eat it since she has lost so many of her teeth. She is 14 years old so we baby her a lot.
Opps I didn't realize how long this post is so I will get off and you have a awesome day my friend. XOXOXO

Hi Edna, Those Huggie Pups are so cute. Unfortunately my dog loves to chew on the soft plush toys and he destroys them pretty fast. I have to buy him the harder stuffed toys. I just bought him a new one last week... so far, no damage to it:) Enjoy your nice weather. We will be cold through the weekend but then warming up.

Edna, the good news about that chart of healing herbs is that many are common ones that most people have in their pantry already. We use a number of these quite often in our meal prep because they not only make foods taste better but improving health is a great side effect too!

Those Huggie Pups are precious. I saw these animals for children a couple who fostered kids created. They were scented with Laveneder helping keep a nerovus child calm. I will have to go check what the name of them was. I did not sleep well last night so I need a good night's rest and I will be good tomorrow, God willing.
Take care
HUGS to you across the miles.
