I'm Back!

April 11, 2021

Good morning.  Gosh, it's good to have my laptop back.  All the problems were from the new version of Windows that installed itself.  According to the guys at the shop, lots of folks have been having the same problems with their laptops/desktops.  It's good to know it's not just me.  (not that I wish it on anyone else)

One of the problems of having your laptop out for so long is the backlog of emails that you'll have to go through.  It took me a while, but I finally got them cleaned up.  I even got to do a bit of blog reading, although I still have some catching up to do.

The week has been fairly quiet for me.  I did get to sit out on the porch for a bit, and I finished crocheting a baby blanket and started another one.  The first one is Minty green, and the new one is Daffodil yellow.

Deanne stops by every day and helps me with things.  This week (Friday) I have an appointment with my heart doctor.   Oh joy, oh joy.  I don't like doctor appointments but this one is necessary.  Next I'll be looking for a new primary care doctor, one that I can be comfortable with.

One of the things I really missed all week while my laptop was at the shop was doing my jigsaw puzzles.  I have tons of them on my laptop, and I usually do one or two of them every day.  It's very relaxing.  So, once I got all the emails cleaned up, I did a puzzle.  I must say, it felt good.

I have an image that I borrowed from the web to share with you.  It's not exactly nice, but it did give me a great giggle.  I can't wait to see what this lady's next gardening tips will be.

I also borrowed this image to share.  I did not know this about the crayons.  It's good to know.

Now I'm going to do a bit of blog reading.  So, till next time, Y'all stay safe and have a fantabulous day.

Hugs, Edna B.

Good to have you back online!

It must have felt strange not to be able to read emails, blogs etc.and of course your jigsaws. I am happy all is okay again with the laptop.

So sweet of Deanne to come by every day to hep you with things. She is a diamant I should say.
Give her a distance hug from me(best still being careful, although you had your vaccin)

Yes, the first picture of the garden lady might be a bit hard, but has also humor in itand it helps in recyling, isn;t it?

You have a wonderful day,
Hug
Kyra

LOL @ the gardening tip!

I didn't know that about crayons either.

Glad your laptop is functioning again! These software updates are often kind of dicey.

I am so happy that you got your laptop back. It is awful to be disconnected for a long time. A day or two is good but not longer. I hope you find a new doctor and have good results from your check-up. Enjoy this beautiful day. Hugs

A very blessed woman you are indeed! Oh these new updated versions of computer programs are sometime a bigger headache than life. HaHa! Edge kept trying to get me to load it. Nope, Nada, No thanks, so long, farewell. Not interested.
We are having windy colder days. The sun pops up but a jacket is needed when leaving the house. This A.M. we followed Rebekah and Leo in the Jeep. She took him for a long walk around the neighborhood. He is good until he sees a squirrel or other dogs, cats, rsabbits! She got quite the workout. I will post their photo for Aw....Mondays tomorrow. Yesterday we took the five pups up to the open spaces. Thor is the absolute cutest guy ever!He stands by the door and will cry and cry and cry until you scoop him up and put his harness on. LOL!
Hoping you have great doctor appointmentw, find a great PCP and have a beautiful week. HUGS
