My goodness, it's almost 8 a.m., and I feel like I've been up for hours. Well, actually I have. After tossing and turning for about an hour, I got up around 4 a.m. and decided to make scrambled eggs with green peppers and diced potatoes. Oh yummy!
I also went through my previous blog posts to eliminate download links in order to get the posts ready to be printed into a blog book. January through April is now ready to be uploaded and printed. Over the next few days, I'll be getting May through August ready for printing.
This morning, Lifetime Channel is re-running Project Runway from a previous year. Am I enjoying watching this again? Oh my, yes!! To see my wardrobe and every day attire, you would never guess how I love watching designers creating new fashions. It is just sooooo fascinating!
I watched one of the new Fall TV programs the other night. I think it was called "Cold Justice". It's all about solving cold murder cases. It was interesting to watch the two main characters try to find missing clues to solve an old murder. This program is written totally different from "Cold Case" which I also enjoy watching.
Another new program that I am looking forward to is a children's cooking challenge program. Bravo and the Food Channel also have some really interesting food challenge programs in the this Fall's lineup. So I guess I have some really enjoyable TV watching to look forward to in the coming months.
Today, I have some more dragonfly photos to share. I took these a few days ago at work. Below each photo, I've posted a close up so that you can see how handsome this critter is. Although I must say that in the last photo he really does not look too happy with me.
Now I want to do a bit of blog reading and catch up on some of my emails. I got a gorgeous new layout in my email this morning from Kyra, and I'm going to wait to post it until the kit she used to design it is available. Something nice for you to look forward to. So, till tomorrow, Y'all have a really wonderful day.
Hugs, Edna B.

Morning, so happy your rain has stopped and you and Pogo can enjoy the sunshine and outdoors! Still rather warm here and the air quality is not very healthy so have been hibernating! LOL!
Yesterday was spent deleting failed notices (abt 60k of them) from my e-mail that was hacked by a no-good spammer. Changed my password (hope I will get used to it) and my computer guru stopped in after work and issued a command to have all the failed notices go directly to the trash....yippee now my e-mail is back to normal.
Great photos of the dragonflies and love, love the swan. Have a great day, off to visit and catch up! Hugs to you and Pogo! Mat
Well, I have two days to comment on. I do agree that the Dragonfly does seem to be frowning ... had enough of the camera I guess. Your swan picture is exquisite, tweaked and untweaked and the bee on the flower is awesome as well. I am glad you are getting all of these pictures printed in a book ... your family and friends (who are not bloggers) should know how good you really are. Speaking of books, I once asked you how you set up for the books and where you had them printed. I don't doubt that you probably ansewered me, but I can't find it and I can't remember ... the old poop strikes again :) So, if you have a moment, I would love to know :)
Pogo probably doesn't like the dog food because he knows there are better (tasting) things to be had. Hamburger, bologna, eggs ... heck, I wouldn't eat dog food either. You just have to make sure he gets some vegies, like carrots and sweet potatoes along with his protein. I found a dog food that has vegies, herbs and meat in it. It comes dehydtrated and I just add water, let it stand and then serve it to Izzi ... she loves it. I tried raw meat and she wants no part of that, so she gets kibble, sweet potatoe and the mixture and is doing really well on it. Of course we have carrots and popcorn on the side which she also loves.
This morning Izzi had her teeth cleaned at the Vet. They sedate them so they will hold still for it, so she hasn't eaten all day. They told me to wait until dinner to feed her ... she is convinced I don't love her today ... but I have to say she is doing well without all the treats and that is a good thing.
Oh, dust bunnies ... I agree, they seem to have personalities. I sometimes find myself apologizing to them when I have to scoop them up ... is it that we are old or are we just wise ... don't know, but it is what it is:) Hope you have a wonderful day with Pogo, Edna ...

Oh my, you were up realy early this morning! Is there any chanve you can take a catch up nap today?
I am looking forward too to some new programs coming this fall on tv. Or re-starts of older ones, that just took a time out for the summer.
I love all crime stuff, of course some are better than others, but at the moment we have quite a few good ones.
Some cooing programs are nice too, like Masterchef(both for adults and children) and it is amazing how good some of those children are already!
Also like to see "All England is baking"we also have a Dutch variant of it.
You dragonfly photos are great! Specially love the last close up one.
I was a bit late this morning so I better go posting now.
You have a fantastic day
Hug
Kyra
