Go Red Sox!

September 25, 2018

Good afternoon.  Tis a little after 2:30, and I'm finally having a chance to sit down to post here.  This morning the temps were in the forties, so I stayed beneath the covers as long as I could.  Finally though, I had to get up and make Pogo some breakfast and see if he wanted to go out for a bit.  Then I had to get ready for a routine doctor visit.

Today I had a breathing test and some blood work done.  On my way out, I asked for a copy of the notes from my last appointment.  When I got home, I read them over and was not happy with them.  It seems that the good doctor discussed lots of things with me, but I don't remember any of it really happening.  Hmmm, maybe he just thought he did, or maybe it looks good for his records.  Either way, we shall discuss it on my next appointment.

My grandson Bobby received four tickets (great seats!) to last night's Red Sox baseball game.  He, his wife Amber, and Mom & Dad (Dee and Eddie) had a great time watching the Red Sox set another record, (106 wins) while Kevin babysat the little ones.  (Aurora & Xander)  It was quite cold, but the game was exciting.  Eddie & Dee in the front, Amber & Bobby in the middle.

This was their view.  Awesome!

At bat, #28 JZD Martinez.  On deck, #2 Xander Bogaerts.

I had another photo to share, but the PC is acting up so I think I'll call it day right here.  This old PC is just a bit ornery today.  Hopefully, it will behave better tomorrow.  So, till then,  Y'all have a fantabulous day.

Hugs, Edna B.

I love going to baseball games I used to go a lot but when the new stadium was built, the prices went up so much that I couldn't afford it anymore. Such fun that your family got to go.
