Good morning. It's 4:30 a.m., it's quite dark outside and the Mrs is sound asleep. It's a good night. Actually, the whole night was pretty good (so far). The Mrs was in a good mood and wanted to go to bed early, and I was able to get a bit of rest after that.
Today is daughter Audrey's birthday. She spent yesterday tramping through the woods with her trusty gun and her new hunting boots (got to keep those feet warm!!) looking for a birthday deer. Alas, she did not get one, but she did get lots of exercise and she had a lot of fun.
So to my Rummage Baby, I wish you a very Happy Birthday! I hope your day finds you surrounded with love and happiness. I love you Audrey. Have a fabulous day!!
Yesterday was a nice lazy, restful day for me. The mail lady made it even nicer by delivering three more packages that I had ordered. That's three more gifts ready to be wrapped. Just about everything I've gotten so far for holiday shopping has been ordered on line. I think that is just awesome!
You know, for folks who cannot get out, you can even order your groceries on line, and they will be delivered to your door. One such company is Pea Pod. I think they are Stop & Shop. You can call or go online and give them your shopping list, and they will hand pick it and deliver it. You don't get to squeeze the melons, but at least you get your groceries. I think this is a great idea.
Folks, The Christmas Around The World Blog Train starts today. I hope you have lots of room on your hard drive because there are so many wonderful freebies there for you to download. Just click on the green Christmas Around The World icon on the right side of my blog, or go to http://dschristmasaroundtheworld.blogspot.com.
Because some of the designers are on different time zones, some links may not be up yet. Just wait a while and try them again later. Here is a preview of my contribution and the download link. It's a set of two quick pages. Enjoy.
Here's your download link:
Expired.
Time is flying by, and today is the beginning of another new month, December. Here is the December page from my calendar. Oh my goodness! Guess who that cutie pie is!
Well that's about all my news for today. So, till tomorrow, Y'all be safe and have a magnificent day.
Hugs, Edna B.

You've made to sweet quickpages for the blogtrain. I;ll have to go to post my contribution too, so will not linger too long now.
And what a bright end of your post with the pic of Pogo on the calendar LOL!
Have a wonderful day.

Glad work went well for you. Love that calendar page. Happy Birthday to your daughter.
Happy birthday to Audrey!
Sixty Minutes had a segment on Amazon and all the amazing delivery things they do and they mentioned the grocery delivery. What got Pete excited was the concept of using helicopters like he has (but much more powerful) to deliver packages in the future.
Beautiful QPs!! Thank you so much for sharing!! Happy Holidays!!
