Oh Dear! It's Time To Turn On The Heat!

October 23, 2011

Good morning.  Tootsie and I are up early this morning after a long night of blissful sleep.  Yesterday's plans got changed around because Eddie couldn't make it.  So I enjoyed lots of design play on my laptop and was able to turn in early enough to watch a bit of TV and then nod off with the Sandman.

It's quite chilly this morning, only about 47 degrees F.  Hopefully, it will reach it's full potential today at about 65F.  From here on in, the days are getting much cooler.  I sure hope that furnace cleaner guy shows up tomorrow so that I can turn the heat on.  I'd rather not have to turn it on, but to be honest, it's that time!

Have you been to Su's blog yet?  Yesterday, she posted a super Halloween kit.  Of course, I had to play with it, and I've come up with a QP freebie for you.  Do stop by Su's blog and download the whole kit.  It's just perfect for scrapping your Halloween photos.  Here's a preview of my QP and the download link.

You can download QP - 072 here:
EXPIRED
Now I'm off to enjoy some scrambled eggs and green peppers with Tootsie.  I'll be back tomorrow with another freebie for you.  Till then, Y'all have a wonderful day.

Hugs, Edna B.

Hi Edna! Oh, it’s getting cold here too! I SO don’t look forward to winter! I got those cute socks yesterday and now i need to get some wool ones!

I have what I call my party camera that fits in my purse too. When my old Cannon point and shoot died I got the G11, a point an shoot with all manual options, sort of a bridge between a P&S and an SLR. But like an SLR, it doesn’t quite fit in my purse I missed many photo ops at first too. I bought a Nikon Coolpix that fits in my purse, The 35mm I loved so much was a Nikon, The Coolpix is okay, but I liked the photos the old Cannon took and when it’s time to replace the little Nikon, I’ll probably go back to Cannon. .I haven’t worked with Olympus.

I wanted to ask your thoughts on your wand scanner. I want to get one to use with my laptop and I was wondering which one you got and what you think of it. And thank you so much for directing people to The Chronicles for my school work! Silly that a class online has so many “group” projects. Aren‘t we taking an online class because we don’t have the scheduling available for group projects?

Have a great day and keep warm!

Hugs, Nani
