Waiting For The Snow To Get Here

February 7, 2018

Good morning.  Well, it's gray outside, but there is definitely some weather headed our way.  Yesterday's snow stopped as quickly as it began.  I think it only lasted an hour or so, then the sun came out.

This morning we are supposed to be getting several inches of snow, then it should turn to rain, sleet and ice.  Well, now isn't that rather special!  So far, none of this weather has got here yet.  That's okay though.  I won't get mad if it doesn't make it all the way to us.  hahaha.

I just called the pharmacy to see if any meds had been called in for me over the last two days.  Believe it or not, a prescription was phoned in on Monday and has been ready ever since.  Unfortunately, no one thought to let me in on this news.  The pharmacist offered to sign me up for a program that will notify me whenever there are meds ready for me.  I said "yes, thank you."

I'm not sure if DIL Janet will be coming by later today, it depends on the weather.  I think I'll make that pot of pasta and meat sauce any way.  Pogo might eat a little bit of that.  Sometimes he will if he sees it on my plate.

Last night, I finished moving most all of the scrap resources off my laptop and over to the external hard drive.  Today, I'll take another look over my laptop to make sure I got it all.  It will feel a bit strange not having everything I need right here on my laptop, but I'll get used to it.

Today I have a new quick page for you.  This one is rather timely for Valentines Day and our loved ones.  Have fun with it.

Your download link is:
Expired

I think I'll spend some time on my tax stuff this afternoon.  I don't want to, but I really need to get this stuff done.  First, I'll take my vitamins.  I ordered new ones and they arrived yesterday.  They are gummies and very tasty!

Now I'm off to do a bit of blog reading.  So, till tomorrow, Y'all have an awesome day.

Hugs, Edna B.

Hello my friend, did my e mail to thank you ever come thru? I have been ditzy lately. Thinking I do things and not. But Nick is on this mission to be a police officer and with yet another death of a sheriff's deputy about an hour from here, this momma is at her wits end!
I wanted to share this with you - http://theenchantingrose.blogspot.com/ Stephanie is a lovely gal who hosts tea cup exchanges and lives in the mountains of Colorado. SHe is always making a project and creates some sweet things. I thought you might like to check her blog out if you haven't already.

I am going to hop over to Noele's and check Trek. He is a lonely boy when they are working all day so I am his friend and lifeline. He has a terrible seizure disorder. As I walk the few houses past mine to get there I pray he does not have a seizure around me. I have seen two of them and they drive me to tears.

My ins. has punished me! I won't sign up for their stupid mail in rx program so now they are charging me the highest possible price for a 30 day supple of my Synthroid. Evilness in the medical world, big pharm, ins. companies, overpriced medical doctors and dentists and hospitals and care centers! U G H ! I was getting 90 days and the inconvenience of driving a couple miles annoys me. But I won't do their mail program. I tried once and you are never suppose to miss your Thyroid meds yet they dilly dailled about. So phooey to them!

I am having leftover pasata for lunch as soon as I return from my visit with Trek. Pogo cracks me up when he eats what you eat! He is one smart little guy! SO sweet!

ANyway I better recheck my e mail and your kind heart makes me smile everyday. I am very blessed to know you my sweet and talented friend. God bless. Have abeautiful day and stay toasty warm!

HUGS
