Good morning. I've decided to post today because later in the week I'm going to be missing for a few days. I've decided to put my laptop in the box that I'm mailing back home towards the end of the week. This will help to lighten the weight of my carry on bag. I really need to keep my carry loads as light as possible.
Well, yesterday was our "walk about and take photos" day. And walk we did. Thank goodness for Audrey. She pushed the stroller with Pogo so that I could focus on not falling. We were not on solid driveway material. We cut across the lawns within the resort to see some of the other beautiful plants that are around here.
There are pathways lined with wood shavings, and lots of big roots to walk over carefully. Sometimes we even need a bit of help doing this. Here are photos of Audrey lifting Pogo's carriage over a bit root, and then she helped Beth to cross over that same root.
You know Pogo was having a grand time on this walk. He's a people watcher, and there people everywhere, including a few little critters on the ground.. Yup, he was in his glory!
At one point, we came to a little gazebo, so we stopped to take some photos of us. It was such a beautiful little area. Here's Beth and Audrey, and Me and Beth. And Pogo of course!
Along the way, we got some really beautiful photos. I will start cropping some of the them later today. Today we are relaxing and just enjoying time together. Audrey flies home tomorrow. The airport shuttle bus will be picking her up at 3 a.m. Yup, I know, we set the clocks back tonight too so we lose another hour. Ah well, we'll all just have to take a nap later in the day.
Enough of my babble. I'm off now to do a bit of blog reading (nope, I didn't have a a chance to do it this morning). Plus I want to play on my laptop for a while. So, till tomorrow (Yup, I'll be here!), Y'all have a fantabulous day.
Hugs, Edna B.

The photo of Pogo in the stroller is adorable. you are going to miss Audrey but was nice that you could spend time together its going so fast x
Pogo looks very happy and enjoying the sights, as do you three.
How sweet your little Pogo is !
We had Yorkshire Terries for years, I brought them from England with me, at a time when nobody in this area had even seen Yorkies. They are the best little companions.
Safe travels on your journey, I look forward to reading your posts when you return.
Hugs,
~Jo
It sounds as if the rough terrain was worth it to see all the beautiful plants. Pogo is so adorable in his little stroller. I hope Audrey got off OK even though it was so early. I'm looking forward to seeing your pictures.
Pity that Audrey only can stay 1 week with you. t would be so much nicer to have her around for longer.
But as you said, you are making the most of the time you have together and by reading your posts, I think you have a great time!
Don't bother to comment on blogs you can always do it later when you're home again. Good idea to try to send the heavier stuff in a box to your address, so you can travel as light as possible!
Have a wonderful second week, take all the warmth in to have some extra when you're home(it might not be yet so nice there as in Florida, sigh!!!!)
Big hugs to all of you, cuddle for Pogo, that Mister Handsome LOL!
