Good afternoon. Today is quite lovely, and Tootsie and I have just got back from a trip to a new little park at the other end of our town. It turned out to be a section of an old farm that the family turned into a park. There are lots of paths for walking, a water fountain, lots of benches, a large pavilion for resting or eating, and a playground for children.
We walked around several of the paths, and took photos of pretty weeds and the clouds in the sky. Then we came home for lunch, which Miss Picky did not eat. This is the third day she has been walking away from her food. I'll probably have to break down and go shopping for a roast chicken.

Deanne and Jasmine are coming over in a while to bring me a new photo of Jasmine. Two nights ago, Jazzy received her award for a perfect score on the state test. We were told that the number of students statewide that got any perfect scores was a relatively small number. Our of that small number, twenty of these students came from Jazzy's hometown. Now that's something for any city or town to be proud of.
Trying to decide on which new phone to buy is becoming quite a project. Verizon and AT&T appear to be the most expensive (with the best coverage). After that, T-Mobile seems to have pretty good coverage and their rates are just a bit lower. It seems that my really really bad smart phone has the best unlimited plan and price of all of them. BUT! The reception is sucky, and the customer support is non-existent. What's a girl to do?
In a couple of weeks, school will be out, and then Deanne says she will be able to come over often and do a new exercise routine with me. This should be lots of fun. Ever watch the TV ads for that new program "Brazil Butts"? Wowee, this program promises to take a few pounds off my tushee, round it out nicely, firm it, and lift if back up to where it belongs. I can hardly wait!!

Jazzy's hometown can promote itself as "smartest town in the state!"
A Brazil Butt sounds so much better than the emails I occasionally get that promise to enhance my "male parts." I'd rather have the Brazil Butt. :)

That little Miss Tootsie is quite determined of her food! I'm afraid you really have to go for some roasted chicken. She HAS to eat.
