Back In Design Mode

Woo Hoo!! I made it to another day without bemoaning my stupid new computer. ( I know, I know, that statement just blew it!) Any day that I can sit in front of it and actually accomplish something is a good day.

Last night at work, I had my trustee laptop with me (good ole Windows XP), and I managed to accomplish quite a bit. I will be choosing the color scheme and the theme for the July daily downloads for the forum at Magickal Scraps, so that's what I worked on. I made my color chart, and finished all my papers. After that, I made a batch of new papers and patterns for future kits.

My goal was to be a designer in the forum store by Spring, but I doubt that's going to happen. Too many life things got in my way. So now I'll shoot for Summer. Who knows, maybe I'll make it. Hopefully while on vacation, I will be able to spend a lot of quality time working on my pc.

This morning while I was checking my blog, I find that Miss Kyra has bestowed another beautiful award upon Moi. Oh I do feel loved!!! Thank you so much, my friend. I will post it and my nominees tomorrow. I need to think a bit.

Before I trundle on in to my room for a much needed nap, (I can hear Tootsie groaning now!), I want to share a delightful picture that my friend Mary Ann sent to me. It's a gorgeous Llama. Just check out those big beautiful eyes! At that, y'all have a fantastic day. I'm off for a little nap.
