Good morning. I woke up hungry earlier, got up and had breakfast, then went back to bed for more winks. Pogo did not want breakfast, he's still sleeping. The sun is shining, and will be for a good part of the day. Even the temperature is mild, creeping up into the high thirties this afternoon.
Yesterday turned out to be one of those "wicked busy days of something I can't recall." One thing I did do was to add two more pages to my blog. I joined a free three week class on photography, and it started yesterday. It's two days a week for three weeks. The first assignment was to publish some of our favorite photos from 2019.
The new pages are on the upper right side of my blog. They are titled "Favorite Photos - 2019 A and B. I would have put all the photos on one page but I couldn't figure out how to do it until I was working on the second page. If I do this again for 2020, I'll try to keep everything on one page. (If anyone wants to look at these photos, click on the first one on the page and all the photos will get larger.)
You can look up the website if you're interested. I think these short classes are offered often. The web address is: https://mattk.com.''
I found an image on the web and downloaded it to share here. There were quite a lot of comments left about it. I read quite a lot of them, and never realized just how many different thoughts that folks have about this subject.
Giving isn't exactly very popular with lots of folks. Some of them feel that if everybody worked to pay their own way, there would be no reason for giving. I can understand why they feel this way. But I believe it's good for us to learn to give and help others in need. However, if someone is not willing to try to help themselves, then I probably won't help them. If you try to help yourself and still need help, then I will definitely do my best to help you if I can. But that's just my thought on the subject.
I also borrowed this adorable image from the web to share with you. Yup, some days I feel like I'm young again. It's a good feeling. Other days, I feel all eighty years. And to be honest, I'm hoping to feel lots more years to build and remember memories.
I've just finished watching one of my favorite old TV shows. Perry Mason was always a favorite of mine. I love this ME TV channel.
Now I'm off to do a bit of blog reading. So, till tomorrow, Y'all have a fantabulous day.
Hugs, Edna B.

You and my husband would get along. He loves Perry Mason on MEtv. Your second illustration reminded me of my grandmother. She was 94 when she died and she always said her body was old but inside she was still 16. I hope you have a wonderful day. Stay warm -- it's cold here!
I'm pretty sure Jesus advocated giving, so I'll take his word for it.
I'll come back and check out your pictures when I have more time! (I'm at work now.)
My Sister Barbara LOVES Perry Mason and watches it a lot. I used to watch it too many years ago. He sure was a handsome fella:) I give to people who truly are in need, but not those who do nothing to help themselves. I needed help in my younger years, so I know what it feels like. Enjoy your evening dear friend, HUGS!
Oh MY Goodness, we love Perry Mason and watch reruns all the time. All those old shows were the best shows.
I love these shares. You sure make a gal smile with your thoughts. Always something to think about with you Miss Edna.
I will be back to catch up more at your blog. HUGS to you and Pogo too. arf arf
Lovely for you that you joined that photography class, really something for you! I looked at A for the photos and there are several that are really also beautiful or just so cute(Pogo of course most LOL).
And about the giving: of course you have to know that people try their best, but sometimes life isn;t nice to everyone and then it can be wonderful to have some help. And yes, I had some help here and there and I was grateful and at times I could, I also tried to help if someone needed it. Help isn;t always financial, it can also be a listening ear, or a visit or helping with some painting or cooking or whatever.
It also feels good for our own soul, and best reward is a smile from the person that got a bit of help.
Oh, I remember Perry Mason too, it was here on tv also.
On to our next post.
