Another Fun Day In Fla Fla

March 7, 2019

Good morning.  Today is Thursday and our time is going by too fast.  I want more time.  Two weeks, well actually only one week to spend with my daughter, just isn't enough.  We are making the most of what we have though, and it is awesome.

For those of you who don't know the story, I used to tell Audrey that I bought a large bag of stuff at a rummage sale for a dollar, and when I got home I found her in the bottom of the bag.  Only kidding, of course.  So she is sometimes known here as Rummage Baby.  Gosh, how lucky we were to get that particular bag!  It was the only one with a baby in it.

Yesterday we had a lazy day indoors making crafts and whatever else we felt like doing.  Pogo and I took a nap in the afternoon. (what else is new?)  Beth was busy on her tablet and Audrey made some beautiful necklaces to take home as gifts.  This is one she made for a very special granddaughter who loves Whos. (owls)

I started working on a dolly dress but I finally ripped it all out.  For some reason the pattern just wasn't coming out right.  I did try to adjust the pattern but it did no good.  Meanwhile, Pogo was telling me that he wanted to be held and played with.  Audrey took these photos of us.

Here's another cute photo I took of Pogo a couple days ago while he was sleeping on my jacket on the chair next to me.  His chair is up against the mirrored wall.  Can you imagine two of him?  Oh wow!

For supper last night we had the left over pasta.  But the dessert - OH MY!  Audrey had made us a pie that was simply yummy!     Would you like recipe?

Ingredients:  one Graham Cracker pie crust, one .3 ounce pack of sugar free Orange Jello, one small Creamsicle Yogurt and one container of Cool Whip. Dissolve the Jello in 1/4 cup of boiling  water, add in the yogurt and cool whip.  Mix together, and pour into pie crust.  Chill in refrigerator for three or four hours.  Enjoy!   (You can use any flavor of Jello and Yogurt that you want)

Today I have a new quick page for you.  These happy critters are enjoying the warm Spring weather.

Now it's time to finish my coffee so that we can get started on this beautiful new day.  So, till tomorrow, Y'all have a fantabulous day.

Hugs, Edna B.
