Good morning, and yes, the weather is still beautiful here. When you live in a cold area, anything over 60F degrees is tropical in the winter. Here, it has been in the 70's and low 80's the whole time I've been here. With a little rain sprinkled in here and there, it is just perfect weather.
As promised yesterday, I have another beautiful layout from Kyra to share. This one was made with her kit "Peaacock Pride". Kyra, the girls are just loving these layouts. Me too! Isn't this one gorgeous? Thank you so much, Kyra.
During our jaunt around Florida on Friday, the Sandhill Crane was the only large bird we came across. This fellow was in a field with some rather large cows, and we were able to get close enough to take a few photos.
At one point, we came across a place where there were some horses. This is the one that I fell in love with. He was very friendly, and just so beautiful!!
DIL Janet got here yesterday shortly after lunchtime. After some fun visiting, we made a shopping list and headed for Walmart. Folks, never send someone after the groceries until after you feed them stuffed full!! They will buy out the store!!
This morning we are working on crafts for a while. Janet brought her embroidery, and I'm working on the "colorful" thing. In a while, we will get dressed and go out for a short walk. Today will be a lazy restful day I think. Most of the new folks arriving will be heading out to Disney World or some other attraction, so it should be fairly quiet around here.
That's about all the news for this morning. So, till tomorrow, Y'all have a fabulous day.
Hugs, Edna B.

Morning, so happy to see you are having a great time on your vacation and not even allowing the internet problems interfere. What gorgeous layouts by Kyra, she is certainly one talented lady! Your photos as usual are awesome, gorgeous horse indeed and that one of Wanda as the tree trunk is fantastic. Glad the weather is cooperating too and I suppose Pogo just loves talking to all those folks passing by. Y'all have a great visit with Janet now and enjoy the rest of your vacation. Hugs, Mat
Nice to read Janet arrived safely and well! And it is hard to go shopping for food when you didn;t have something to eat first LOL!
A lzay day sounds good. And I love that horse! Just look at the expression in his eyes! So kind( also a little bit sad, perhaps?)
Glad the girls and you too liked the layouts, Such fun to make them.
But now you have another week of vacation with Janet and Pogo of course, who seems to be enjoying himself to the limit ROFL.
Hugs
Kyra
That's a very nice crane photo and I've always been in love with horses, they have so much more personality than people generally give them credit for.
