Tis wet and gray this morning. Yesterday the rain moved on and the rest of the day was really nice. Sometime during the night the rain found it's way back here. I guess today will be a great craft day. After the laundry, of course.
I guess I'm going to have to go on-line to see if I can get another user manual for my Canon SX50 HS. The camera does take some great photos, but I can't seem to figure out how to get good close ups. I have a manual somewhere, but I seem to have misplaced it.
I am the champ at losing things. If you want something to disappear, just hand it to me. I guarantee neither one of us will ever find it again. At least not any time soon. I'm not sure how I came about this marvelous talent, but I'd gladly pass it along to any one else who would want it.
There is a beautiful Golden Chain tree way in the back of the Mrs' yard. I took this photo through a very textured window yesterday morning while it was raining. I like it because of the way the colors all seem to blend.
Sometimes the photos taken through windows while it is raining can be quite interesting. I dug into my photo archives to find this other photo that I took on a rainy winter day. It's very different than the first photo, yet it has its own appeal.
On the way to my car yesterday morning, there was a lone bird calling out high above in a tree, so I stopped to get his photo.
I think today will be a good day to make up a couple more large bags of stuff to donate to the BBBS. (Big Brother Big Sister) I am very slow at clearing things out here, so there is still quite a lot that can go in the bags. This, and some laundry, and I'll feel as though I've accomplished something. After that, the rest of the day will be a craft day.
Later this afternoon, Joe and I will go food shopping. Ever notice how boring my days seem to be? I remember when I would be so busy all day doing all sorts of things. This "senior stuff" really slows things down. But in a good way.
As soon as I find a new place to store my files, I will have some freebies for you. I was using Media Fire, but I'm noticing how difficult it is sometimes to download anything from there. There are so many pop ups before the actual download link appears.
Not much more news for this morning. So, till tomorrow, Y'all have a fantabulous day.
Hugs, Edna B.
