First find your license number for the program so you have it handy. Then on your old computer you have to deactivate it. Open your program click on help and in the drop down box you will see deactivate listed. Click on that and it will tell you it's been deactivated. Then install the photo shop on your new computer and enter your license number when it requests it. you should have no problem with the installation then.
