I had never heard of Cricket before being down here. Are they Nationwide? I thought it was just a southern thing. I think with my smart phone I can pay an additional fee to create a hot spot to get wi-fi but haven't tried it yet. That might be our solution to wi-fi on the road. The Queen Jesterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13133216264041443311noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1836896508271015450.post-22753059249782137782012-02-08T04:37:30.945-05:002012-02-08T04:37:30.945-05:00Oh Edna, why are those new toys so difficult to us...Oh Edna, why are those new toys so difficult to use and/or understand? LOL!
You sure have trouble with this smatphone. May it's a good suggestion of Seamhead gypsy, to change the phone, one that will be a lot easier to use and get working, what do you think?
The cap/hat you sent me for my birthday has been used! Yesterday I had it on and it sure does a good job. With a bit of wind it was feeling a lot colder than the actual temperature, but it kept my head and ears and cheeks warm!!!
Take a good rest today!
Oh, the picture of the Mrs.'s hands is lovely!
Hugs
Kyrasmiekeltjehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16375937338027468675noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1836896508271015450.post-33560792899269639332012-02-07T21:14:17.382-05:002012-02-07T21:14:17.382-05:00If it isn't too late, get rid of that smart al...If it isn't too late, get rid of that smart alec phone and get yourself an iPhone. You'll be glad you did and wonder why you didn't sooner.

And I'm not seeing any outline either.seamhead gypsyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11507180686371227850noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1836896508271015450.post-91421418528952222512012-02-07T09:33:57.782-05:002012-02-07T09:33:57.782-05:00Edna, I so sorry your smart phone is more a smart-...Edna, I so sorry your smart phone is more a smart-alec phone! Smart phones frighten me. Any time I’ve tried to use one, it’s made me feel dumb.

I love, love, love your photo of The Mrs.’ hands! You captured love beautifully!

I’d love to offer some ideas on you outline problem, but honestly, I don’t see the outline. I had David take a look and he didn’t see it either. Maybe it’s the resolution on my screen or if you reduce the resolution of the photo to post it. It might be something unseen electronically that you would see in a print though. I do know that if you shoot with more backlight than key light, it has a halo effect. That’s TV lighting, but still portrait lighting works the same. Of course, you really can’t bring a flash to capture birds in flight! I will say that you know “you’ve arrived” in your hobby or profession when you can see the “mistakes” no one else does!

Hugs, NaniNanihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06376476093305279684noreply@blogger.com
