Just A Qick Post

April 14, 2017

Good afternoon.  It was 32F degrees this morning at 7:15 am.  When I got up and saw that, I went right back to bed. It's a lot warmer now, 60F degrees, so I've opened the door and put the plants back outside.

There's not much happening here, except that Joe picked up his new truck.  Oh my, what a beauty!  And it's so big!!  Here are a couple photos of him and his new truck.

Today I need to go online and order more doggie food.  The only downside of this is that you don't get to have a variety of food.  The cans are packed six, twelve or more of the same kind of food.  I'll have to look around to see if I can find any variety packs.

Daughter Deanne is on her way here, so I'll take my leave here shortly.  I'm hoping to get out to the market over the weekend.  We'll see.  So, till Sunday, Y'all have a fantabulous weekend.

Hugs, Edna B.

Hello my friend! Good to see you here. When it is cold and yucky out I dislike getting up and getting my day started. You would be proud of us. Yesterday a teeny, tiny rabbit was lost and hiding in our backyard. Of course Leo was so busy entertaining the black lab next door having a contect of who would win the pee pee on the fence contest that he did not see him. My hubby scooped him inside a soft potting container and took him out front where he gently set him down and he hopped away. I think since we are surrounded by dogs and none of them are small, he was frightened. There is a black lab, a Great Dane, a girl beagle and a blind Huskie surrounding us. He was sure a cute fellow and I wonder if something had happened to his mother. Sigh...
We have had a busy day and are taking a little break. My hubby was off today and Nick finally decided to get his drivers permit. Yeaaaaa! We treated him to barbeque at Jim and Nick's. It was delicious. He returns to school Sunday and we have a dilemma. We have a wedding at 2 in the afternoon followed by the reception from 4-9. We are hoping one of our girls will drive Nick to meet his friend to head back to school late Sunday afternoon. The wedding is in Longmont about 30 minuted from our home.
We celebrate Easter so we are going to have an early lunch with Nick before he leaves. It has been a busy week.
It is good to see you here. Hope you and Pogo are doing awesome. Have a beautiful weekened. HUGS

That's a nice truck. I can think of all kinds of things you might be able to haul home in it.
