I'm Very Proud Of My Girls

August 25, 2012

Good morning.  I'm trying not to say this, but have you checked the date lately?  August is rapidly drawing to a close.  Now where on earth did this month go?  If this keeps up, I'll be an old lady and I won't even know what hit me!

I'm finally starting to feel better from the effects of the Pravastatin.  This is good because the local Market Basket is having a fantastic sale and there are a few things I would like to get.  Yesterday, after work, I stopped at Walmart but I just wasn't in the mood for shopping.  I did, however, get a new microwave oven for the dwarfs' kitchen.

I'm hoping to get an early start to the market this morning and beat the crowds.  Later, when I get home, I have a couple of links to check out regarding natural herbs for lowering cholesterol.  Thanks, Snowy.

There's really not much news today, but I do have a photo to share.  This is some of my girls, and was taken at a get together a few days ago.  They are, from left to right,:  Jasmine (granddaughter), her Mom, Dee Dee (daughter), Lilah (great granddaughter), her Mom, Randi, and Randi's friend Kerri.

Now I'm going to rustle up some scrambled eggs and potatoes.  Pogo hasn't been eating so good, and this will get his appetite back.  So, till tomorrow, Y'all have a fabulous day.

Hugs, Edna B.

Great photo! Boy you sure can see that Dee Dee and Jasmine are mother and daughter and that they're yours. Beautiful family resemblance. :)

Glad you're feeling up to the market today! There are some great things that herbs do to help! It's pretty much all cheaper and even tastier than drugs or vitamins.

Sounds like Pogo is quite spoiled already, as all 4-legged domestic partners should be!He's training you well! ;)

Hugs, Nani

Nice family picture of the generations!
Hopefully you can find some herbs that will help you to lower your cholesterol.
Pogo not eating so well??? So strange, LOL. Our cats have that at times too and no idea why, it just sometimes happens and after a few days all comes back to normal again.
I think they just do that, because they know we are sorry for them and then they get extra tasty food and specials !
Have a lovely day
