"In The Merry Month Of May"

May 9, 2011

Good morning.  It's a little after 6 am, and the sun is shining.  The temperature is about 46 degrees F, so I'm thinking it's going to be another glorious day to be out and about.  I hope all the moms enjoyed their special day.  Mine was filled with wonderful visits and phone calls with my children, and quality time with Tootsie.

I went out to do a bit of food shopping shortly after I got home yesterday morning.  That seems to be a great time to do the shopping.  The market wasn't very crowded, and I was able to finish up quickly.  I even found another beautiful rhododendron plant for the garden.

This morning, Su and I will be posting our first parts to this month's new collab kit "In The Merry Month Of May."  The month of May celebrates Mothers, Spring flowers, and Remembrance.  Here is my preview and link.

Here is your download link:

When you have finished downloading, stop by Su's blog to pick up her parts.  If they are not up yet, just go back later.  She hasn't been feeling so good lately and may not get her link posted until later today.  Here is Su's preview.

This morning's share photo was taken this past Friday afternoon.  Now that things are blossoming, the bumble bees are quite busy.  This one wasn't very happy about me trying to photograph it and kept its' face away from me.  No problem, there will be lots of bees around this summer.   The thing I like about this photo is that it almost looks like a QP.  Hmmmm, I'll have to play around with it later.

That's it for today.  Till tomorrow, Y'all have a wonderful day.

Hugs, Edna B.

Nice bee photo. Thank you for your insights on my blog posting yesterday. From the response I've been getting I'm definitely not alone in my experiences.
