Wren Will You Be Mine, Valentine?

February 4, 2011

I know, it's corny, huh? But it did get your attention!! It's not always easy trying to think up a title for the post every morning, but I do my best. lol!

It's a gorgeous sunny morning here in my little part of New England. And even though it's very, very cold, all the trees and bushes are glistening as thought they were decked out in diamonds because of the sun shining through their frosted branches. Much as I dislike Winter weather, it really is a beautiful sight.

Before I go on with some photos, let me tell you that Miss Su is home from the hospital and sounding quite chipper. It was good chatting with her yesterday, and to hear that she is feeling much better.
*
I'm at work this morning, so this will need to be a short post. So I thought I would share some photos that I just took through the patio door windows. There was an adorable little wren out there pecking about looking for food. I'll just post the photos, as they tell their own story.

Now I must get busy here as the Mrs. will be waking soon. Till tomorrow, Y'all stay warm and have a fantabulous day.

I can assure you it isn;t really cold here, but I don;t like strong wind!
Good to hear you have at least a bit of sunshine.
This morning I saw already a sparrow, a dove and yes, just an hour ago a little tit having a treat from the fatballs and little peanuts that are hanging for them!
Should try to get a picture of it, even if it is out of the window.
Have a good day, lady!
Hugs

I love the story your wren photos tell! He got something to eat, so pecking in the snow was worth it!

We have sun-sun-sun here too! But it was so cold coming out of therapy today! The sun is a meanie, teasing me like that! Just remember, it really won't be long until we see the spring flowers! I'm right, right? Please let me be right...

By the way, I LOVE your title this morning, Edna! Have a great, and a keeping warm, day!
