An Enjoyable Afternoon

March 16, 2009

Well we are smack dab in the middle of March, and I hope Spring comes a knockin' for good this week. I'm really ready for her. Time to start plants and clean out the garden, even if I only have a little garden. I have some really pretty flowers in it, and soon I will have my tomatoes too. This year I would like to try planting the tomatoes hanging upside down. It's supposed to be better for them, and you're supposed to get better yield. We'll see.

This afternoon, I had the most enchanting chat with Snow Raven. We discussed most everything under the sun, and had an enjoyable time with it. We even got to discussing our ancestors and learned that both families traced back to royalty. Wow! Not bad for this little gal here.

Some scrapping learning even took place. I ask a lot of questions, and I get a lot of answers. That's how I learn some things. So I had some things that I needed more information on so that I could do a better job with one of my programs, and Snowy had the answers that I needed. She is a very smart lady, and nice too!!!

Tonight, I will attempt once again to gather up most of my resources and input them to this new program that I got. It's called "Preset Viewer" and I can't wait to play with it. Instead of spending hours opening zips of presets and putting them into Photoshop so that I can see what they look like, this program will just display each and every one of them so that I can actually see what I want to use and not use. If you want the program, go to http://www.tumasoft.com/ It cost $37.00.

Today, I will post the link for the promised mini Kit. I made this one a couple of months ago as a bonus for a challenge. It's called "In The Wild." Hope you like it and can use it. Y'all have a wonderful night.

Hugs, Edna B.

What a neat kit, Edna! I love the pheasant!

I've seen ads on Sleuth, my new favorite TV channel, for kits to grow upside down tomatoes. I have to admit, I'd like to try that too! I LOVE fresh tomatoes! David likes them in salad too and he hasn't even tried the spaghetti sauce I make from serious scratch! I'll have to talk to him about that! Good luck with yours and show us pictures when your plants start yielding!!
